Refunds Policy: You have the right to cancel within seven days of placing your order with us, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer), pursuant to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. If you cancel your order, your payment will be returned upon receipt of returned goods. see returns policies below for more details.

Import taxes may apply to countries outside the European Union, these taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice, typographic, photographic and descriptive errors are subject to corrections. We reserve the right to add or withdraw any item without prior notice. Customers agree to pay the total cart price, postage and packing costs as specified at the time of purchase. Should an ordered item not be available we will contact you by telephone or email to advise you when your chosen product is likely to be in stock. Customers have the right to cancel should we not be able to fulfil the order within a reasonable time frame.

Security shop@boxrec use WorldPay for payment processing. We do not hold any of your credit card data, this is processed on our behalf by Worldpay Bank of Scotland and they inform us only if a payment is successful or not. The details we process, name and address etc., will not be passed on to any third parties.

UK Shipping Postage and packing is charged by weight and is automatically calculated by the shopping cart software using the Royal Mail tariff. However we will from time to time use anyone of a number of courier services. Goods will be dispatched on receipt of your order and dependant on the service we use will reach you within 7 days Should you require a next day delivery please contact us with your requirements.

Damaged and split packages should be signed for ‘Damaged’. Contact us immediately if there is a shortage or the goods are damaged. Ensure that you are signing for the correct amount of parcels and that none are missing - only sign for the amount you receive. If parcels are damaged or missing and have been signed for we will be unable to replace the items concerned.

International Shipping Policy Shop@boxrec does ship to addresses outside the UK. However some products are not suitable to ship Internationally due to the weight of the item.

Cancellation Orders can be cancelled by phone or email provided that dispatch has not occurred.

Undeliverable Goods It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the delivery can be made to the address provided. If your order is returned to us by the carrier because they couldn't deliver the goods or because you did not contact them to re-arrange the delivery or collect your order from their offices when carded, you will be required to pay the original shipping cost incurred by us. If you choose to cancel your order rather than have it delivered a second time, you will receive a full refund less carriage and return carriage charges incurred by us. In addition a 10% administration fee will also be deducted. This also applies if the delivery address you supplied was incorrect or incomplete, which resulted in return of an order by the carrier.

Non Faulty Returns and Exchanges please contact by phone or email. Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Shop@boxrec.com reserves the right to refuse to refund the goods subject to the goods being of non resalable quality. Refunds will be for the value of the goods only. The costs of returning goods must be borne by the customer and we accept no liability for goods damaged or lost whilst in transit from the customer to Shop@boxrec. We would advise you to send returned goods back via a secure delivery service with adequate insurance. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Returns please contact us prior to return of goods by phone or email. On proven faulty goods Shop@boxrec will credit the cost of sending the goods back to the customer. The customer can specify whether or not they require a refund or exchange. We suggest you send the goods back via a secure delivery service with adequate insurance. Please ensure you provide us with a receipt for the cost of postage.

Complaints In the unlikely event you feel the need to register a complaint please contact us immediately.

Use of equipment Fitness equipment must at all times be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Please consult your Doctor if you have any doubt as to the suitability of the exercise you are undertaking. Any items with manufacturer’s warranty, is passed on to the customer. Shop@boxrec has no control over the terms of the warranty and would advise you the customer to complete any necessary documentation as specified by the manufacturer. Any guarantees and warranties offered are in addition to the consumer’s statutory rights. We recommend that before undertaking a new fitness regime to consult your doctor.

General Shop@boxrec will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website resulting from unauthorized access or alteration of your transmission or data in circumstances which are beyond our control. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed and Shop@boxrec cannot be held responsible for 3rd party deliveries. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by our terms and condition policy.
